    What file format do you accept?

    We accept almost all type of formats. For documents (.doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .pdf, etc), for videos (.mp4, etc) and for audio (.mp3, .wave, etc).
    NB: Maximum file size is 2GB, otherwise please contact us

    What is the format of the delivered work?

    For documents, we deliver our work in Word format and for the rest, we use the same format we received, unless instructed otherwise.

    What if I'm not satisfied?

    Please contact us within 5 days if you are not satisfied with your work. We will log a complaint for you and our Customer Satisfaction Team will investigate the matter.
